AGILE TRANSFORMATION
We led an Enterprise-level Agile transformation at a global Tier 1. This was a hands-on engagement involving strategy creation, rework of all system, software, and project management process, training and coaching, resulting in the production release of a new process set for all automotive development. A data-centric and iterative approach leveraging PDCA was used to pilot and continuously improve core processes while striving for enterprise-wide process acceptance and full support for ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING
Kevin has lead and supported machine learning application development since 2017. As fractional CTO of two AI powered startups (NLP lead qualification, autonomous flight), he worked directly with the technology serving as head of product, head of engineering, and lead strategist. In automotive, he has helped companies bring ML-powered ADAS features to market in compliance with ISO 26262. This case study focuses on a AI startup and the road to MVP in 6 months with a major financial provider.

BUILDING A FUNCTIONAL SAFETY PROGRAM AT AN UPSTART OEM
We engaged with a California EV upstart OEM for 2 years during the launch of their first vehicle. This was a hands-on engagement that involved working with senior management on strategy and working directly with engineers to do the safety engineering work. Our work impacted core software used in 9 ECUs and the Battery Management System architecture.

COMPLIANCE SERVICE OFFERING AT AUTOMOTIVE TOOLING PROVIDER
We worked with a leading automotive tool provider on go to market content, dataset creation, service content offering, go to market tools, and sales support. Created service offerings that support and highlight challenges implementing ISO 26262 and ISO 21434. We also engaged prospects as experts directly though webinars, content development, speaking engagements, and sales support.
