ASPICE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

The ASPICE 4.0 model provides a framework for improving Automotive Engineering, Quality, and Project Management Processes.  We use the model as a guide, a North Star, but not as a blue print.  Our job is to guide teams to create processes for how they want to work while still meeting compliance requirements.  

ASPICE Launch

For companies beginning to work with the ASPICE model, Start Here. 

We plan and execute a launch with these pieces:

  • ASPICE 4.0 training courses (English) taught by INTACTS certified Principal Assessors, delivered onsite or remotely

  • Process gap analysis for support of ASPICE 4.0 at CL1 or 2

  • Process improvement plan for full support of ASPICE CL1 or 2 based on the results of the gap assessment

  • Project team coaching to guide and assist the team as they improve processes and launch pilots

Process Coach

Process Coaching is an essential service to help teams deliver on the promises of any Process Improvement Initiative.  Our coaches are INTACTS-certified assessors and have deep experience steering teams to level 1, 2, or 3 compliance.   Coaching engagements are bespoke, customized for the needs and goals of the organization.

ASPICE Assessments

We provide INTACTS-certified Competent and Principal Assessors for project assessments to Capability Level 3.  Please note that our assessors are quite busy and it is very helpful to schedule assessments well in advance.
