We offer two-day Agile for Automotive training with a focus on Scrum and Kanban methodologies.  This training goes beyond the standard agile training to include the specific constraints Automotive companies require in areas of compliance, security, release cycles, etc.

An important step in Enterprise Agile Transformation is reviewing and aligning engineering discipline lifecycle processes with an agile, lean, and iterative way of working.  A Process Expert works with Process Owners to improve each process as well as manage inter-process issues.  Using the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) methodology, processes will be piloted and iteratively improved based on data until accepted.
